Auguri di Buon Natale dell`Arcivescovo di Leopoli Mieczysław Mokrzycki.
It`s been a year since Russia launched a full scale invasion in Ukraine. We experienced a lot of suffering, a lot of sadness. The lives of young people who have sacrificed their lives on the altar of their homeland, defending the freedom of their country, have been taken. Many people suffer constantly. Many people have lost their homes, lost their loved ones. They went into the unknown. They are in a wonder. Many people were injured there. Many people mutilated, missing an arm, leg or other body parts. But there are also people of goodwill who rushed to help. Among them are the Knights of Columbus, our conferences in Poland, our Brothers, Knights in America, in the United States, who help each day through prayer, but also through humanitarian aid.
The President of the Mission, Father Petro Zharkovskii told the Metropolitan about the work of the Mission during the war and presented further plans. In turn, the bishop thanked the ministers for their work and blessed those present.
